  • Cope with loss and pain after a breakup or when there is infidelity

TRAUMA

Childhood trauma may stem from abuse or neglect in the home, or witnessing domestic violence. Growing up with a parent who is a substance abuser or being a child of divorce may also affect you in adulthood.

IMMIGRANTS

Children of immigrant parents are affected in ways they are not always aware of.

Despite your parents’ love for you, their anxieties and fears after settling in a new country can impact your relationship with others and how you view yourself.
